Itinerary
Day 1 : Dehradun/Kathgodam to Lohajung | 250 Km Drive, 10-12 hours
Trekkers will be picked up near the railway station at 6:00 AM, beginning an 8-9 hour scenic drive to Lohajung. Upon arrival, you’ll check in to the guest house or hotel, followed by a hearty dinner. In the evening, there will be a quick introduction to the team and fellow trekkers, setting the tone for the adventure ahead.
Day 2 : Lohajung to Bekaltal | Trek Distance: 6 km | Trek Duration: 5-6 hours | Altitude Gain: 7662 ft to 9,950 ft
After breakfast, begin your trek from Lohajung to Bekaltal, following a scenic forest trail with stunning views along gradual ascents. Arrive at the campsite for a hot lunch, then enjoy an acclimatization walk and engaging activities around the area. The day concludes with evening refreshments and a hearty dinner.
Day 3 : Bekaltal to Brahmatal | Trek Distance: 7 km | Trek Duration: 6-7 hours | Altitude Gain: 9,950 ft 10450 ft
After breakfast, set out for the Brahmatal campsite, trekking through enchanting oak and rhododendron forests that open up to the expansive Telandi meadows. Descend from Jhandi Top to reach Brahmatal, arriving at the campsite for lunch and a well-deserved rest. Enjoy an evening walk with refreshments, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in the camps.
Day 4 : Brahmatal to Brahmatal top and Descend to Daldam | | Trek Distance: 12 km | Trek Duration: 8-10 hours
After breakfast, trek up to Brahmatal Top, a moderate to steep climb, and take in breathtaking views of Himalayan giants like Mt. Trishul and Mt. Nanda Ghunti. Enjoy a packed lunch at the summit, then descend to Daldam campsite for evening refreshments, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Day 5 : Daldam to Lohajung | 4 Kms Trek, 4-5 hours
After breakfast, trek from Daldam campsite to Lohajung, arriving around 2 PM. Enjoy lunch and relax for the rest of the day.
Day 6 :Lohajung to Kathgodam/Dehradun | 250 Km drive, 9-10 hours
After breakfast, depart from Lohajung for Kathgodam/Dehradun, embarking on a 230 km ride via Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag, and Devprayag. Expected arrival in Dehradun is around 8 PM.
Note: Hotel bookings depend on availability for the chosen dates. If a hotel is unavailable, a similar one will be arranged for the Char Dham Yatra.
